Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at fierce@prettynsavage.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number.
